To order our products, please contact us. The best way to do this is to send us an email or use the contact form.

As all our products are handmade, the products you order may differ a little from those shown. Each piece is unique in its details.

We can also manufacture custom-made products, Illustrations or photographs. Please contact us so that we can clarify whether and how we can fulfil your request.

For the moment we offer payment in advance as a payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time in advance. The delivery time for products always depends on how busy we are at the moment and whether we have the products in stock in the requested version. In the best case, you will receive the ordered goods within a week. Special orders can take up to three to six months.

For parcels up to 3 kg, we charge €6.50 for shipping; for parcels up to 5 kg, we charge €8.00; for parcels up to 10 kg, we charge €10.00; for parcels up to 20 kg, we charge €16.00; and for parcels up to 31.5 kg, we charge €19.00 (within Germany). Outside Germany only by arrangement.

We also charge packaging costs of €5 per parcel up to 5 kg and €6 for heavier parcels.

As no order process is completed via this page and no automated order process is initiated, terms and conditions in their actual form depend on the request (licensing, purchase, project, …). All further order processing takes place externally from the website by email or telephone and will be worked out together, so you don’t need to worry about hidden costs. :)

For the return of unique items, it is usually necessary to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that only unused items can usually be returned. Used goods cannot be returned.

As for the return of custom made Products and Projects can not be returned.
